Roof rack corner connector for 40×40 aluminum profile

Our Premium Wolf Rack corner connectors are our own development and are designed to fit perfectly on 40×40 Slot 8 aluminum profiles. Ideal for all individual roof luggage systems for campers, vans, box vans, expedition vehicles and much more.<br><br>

In addition, our corner connectors adapt flexibly to bridge inaccuracies in the profile and ensure a seamless, professional finish.<br><br>

Attention: we strongly recommend using a high-strength screw lock when mounting on the aluminum profile

We include the appropriate fastening material for our Wolf Rack corner connectors with every order. For a uniform design, we have opted for a complete solution in black.<br><br>

<b>What are the side mounting slots for?</b><br>

These slots serve as an aid for the assembly of the 40x40 aluminum profile and allow a tolerance of up to approx. 16mm when cutting the profile. Inaccurate profile cuts are thus compensated. No more nerve-racking precision cuts necessary, as concealing properties include the high-quality design.<br><br>

<b>Which aluminum profiles is the corner connector compatible with?</b><br>

Our high-quality corner connectors are designed to fit 40×40 slot 8 aluminum profiles. Corner connectors for 30×30 aluminum profiles will also be available shortly.<br><br>

<b>What else do I need for my individual roof rack?</b><br>

We provide you with all the other components for a uniform and distinctive design that will attract attention! Here you will find the right cross connectors and holders. For the holders you can choose between mushroom head holders or feet for airline u-C rails.
