Description

Our high-quality carpet felt is a real talent when it comes to your camper conversion. The 4-way stretch makes it ideal for the interior lining in your motorhome, caravan, van and boat.<br><br>

In production, we use contemporary recycled PES fibers, which gives us a unique selling point on the market. Our own development is designed in accordance with automotive standards.<br><br>

With our camper felt, you are guaranteed to be able to easily work with your felt paneling. You can quickly beautify the interior of your motorhome without any prior knowledge.

Application

You can attach your camper felt panels using spray adhesive. Make sure to use a spray adhesive with a temperature resistance of up to 110°C. We recommend theSpecial spray adhesive Temp 110.

All surfaces must be carefully
cleaned. Make sure that the surfaces to be glued are clean, dry, free of grease and dust.

Our 4D felt is made according to the
Two-sided adhesive process, i.e. the felt and the surface are sufficiently coated with thespray adhesivemoistened. 1 can is enough for approx. 1.5 m².

After a short drying time, the stretch felt
Pressed firmly directly onto the surface of the bodywork or trim parts. Suitable for numerous substrates, such as metal, wood, glass, insulation, e.g. Armaflex/Kaiflex/Vanue and many more.

Why Carpet Felt in the Camper?
Carpet felt is a good alternative to decorate vehicle interiors inexpensively, quickly, easily and without weighing anything down. In short, it creates a woolly atmosphere in the campervan.

At what temperature can camper felt be glued?
For gluing the felt covering we recommend
theSpecial spray adhesive TEMP 110.The adhesive has a processing temperature between +15°C and +30°C. You should base your work on this temperature.

How much spray adhesive do I need?
Our car felt is glued using the two-sided adhesive method, i.e. the carpet felt and the surface are sufficiently moistened with the spray adhesive. 1 can is enough for approx. 1.5 m².

TEMP 110 spray adhesive - does what it promises! Spray felt and surface, allow to dry briefly and then join together. Heat resistant up to 110 °C and versatile for use on different materials. Maximum power in a generous 500 ml dosage. One can is enough for approx. 1.5 m².

The outstanding 4-way stretch not only makes the processing of our carpet felt child's play, but also offers a robust and hard-wearing surface thanks to special manufacturing.

Easy cleaning

Our camper felt is very easy to care for and can be cleaned effortlessly. Thanks to the specially needled texture, in most cases a simple beating is sufficient.

For more intensive cleaning, common household products and a soft cloth are sufficient.

Moisture-regulating

In the camper, our Carpet Felt acts as the ultimate moisture manager, absorbing moisture thanks to its breathable properties and then transporting it away again through efficient air exchange.
