1. PREPARATION
Cut the substructure slats to size according to the shower tray and the multiplex base plate.
2 pieces according to the length of the base plate
2 pieces shortened by twice the slat thickness

2. IMPLEMENTATION
The cut construction slats are then screwed together to form a substructure frame.

The next step is to attach the base plate to the substructure frame. If necessary, bracing can be added underneath the base plate for added stability.
Tip: We recommend countersinking the holes after pre-drilling. This ensures the shower tray rests on the wood panel and not on the screws.

After the frame is screwed to the base plate, the drain holes are marked. First, align the shower tray accordingly.

Using the hole saw, both drain holes are now drilled.
Tip: If the base plate thickness is <10 mm, we recommend choosing a larger diameter hole saw.

3.FOLLOW-UP
Next, the Dometic drain traps are installed. The shower tray drains are designed to be flush with the shower tray.

Now apply the construction adhesive generously to the base plate.

The final step is to place the shower tray onto the substructure and align it. Your camper van wet room is complete.
