1. PREPARATION
The first step is to thoroughly clean the surface. This is crucial for the adhesion of the Raptor paint. We recommend using compressed air to remove coarse dirt and dust. Then, mask off all surfaces that are not to be painted with masking material.
In the next step, the remaining surface contaminants are cleaned and degreased using a silicone degreaser and a cleaning cloth.
Now, sand the surface to be painted. We recommend using sandpaper for inaccessible areas.
Caution: Raptor must not be applied to bare metal, aluminum, or galvanized sheet metal. In these cases, we recommend first applying a primer to the surface. This provides corrosion protection and ensures excellent adhesion of Raptor to these metals. We also recommend using a primer for Raptor on plastic surfaces.

2. IMPLEMENTATION
Once the surface preparation is complete, the Raptor paint is mixed. To do this, add 100 ml of hardener and, if desired, the desired RAL color to each bottle. If you choose the spray method, screw the bottle onto the spray gun. The pressure of the compressor allows the paint to be easily sprayed evenly onto the surface. Hold the bottle 60-80 cm from the surface and spray the paint onto the surface using even motions.
A notice:
All kits are supplied in the correct ratio of hardener to Raptor for proper activation.

3. THE FOLLOW-UP
If you want to apply another coat of Raptor paint, you can repeat the process after a 60-minute flash-off period. You can influence/change the paint's texture by adjusting the spray distance, the variable nozzle settings on the spray gun, or the pressure setting.

4. THE CONCLUSION
Raptor paint forms a durable and robust protective layer, eliminating the need for a vehicle paint booth. Raptor is waterproof, UV-resistant, and fade-resistant. Raptor can be tinted in a variety of colors, including white. It can be sprayed, painted, or rolled on. It's easy to apply: add hardener, shake, apply, and you're done.
Extremely durable vehicle paint for DIY campers, off-road vehicles, pickup truck beds, construction vehicles, boats and vans.
