What material are the camper shower trays made of?

All our camper shower trays are made of 1.5 mm thick aluminum. This applies to both custom-made and standard 60x60 cm shower trays .

Why aluminum shower trays?

Aluminum tubs are ultralight, robust, and durable thanks to a special coating. This allows for enormous savings in transport weight.

Camper shower trays made of aluminum not only offer a sustainable alternative to brittle plastic trays, but are also often used as replacement trays in motorhomes.

How can I configure my shower tray?

You can easily create your custom shower tray using the configurator in our shop . You can individually select the color, your desired dimensions, various rim options, and the drain position.

My tub isn't rectangular. How can I order a custom-shaped shower tray?

You can easily request shower trays with custom shapes using a separate form in the configurator. We will review your request and get back to you promptly with a customized, non-binding quote.

Can I position processes myself?

Yes, you can also customize the position of the drains. To do so, simply fill out the form to specify the exact drain position during your configuration and attach it to your order. Of course, a simple hand-drawn sketch will also suffice.

Attention : The minimum distance to the sides is 70/70mm.

Which height should I choose?

We recommend an average height of 50 mm. Thanks to the individually selectable height, our custom-made shower trays are versatile.

Why a wet room in a camper?

A custom-built wet room in your campervan increases travel comfort, both for full-time vanlifers and occasional travelers. Our robust, modern shower trays can be customized to fit perfectly into your campervan's interior design without being restricted to standard dimensions.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for custom-made shower trays is approximately five weeks. Each shower tray is individually handcrafted to your specifications.

The standard Camper shower trays 60×60 are ready for immediate dispatch and will be with you in 1-3 days.

How should you dimension the shower tray?

First, you should measure your motorhome's wet room precisely. Always choose the shower tray dimensions slightly smaller to avoid problems when installing the camper shower. The millimeters don't matter!

Is a substructure necessary?

The installation of your camper shower is just as individual as our custom-made shower trays. A substructure is therefore not necessary; it depends more on your choice of wastewater drainage. It is important that the shower tray is not installed as a free-floating installation.

Exception : For shower trays with a cross edge, underlining on the sides is necessary.

How high do the sides reach when cross-edging?

Depending on the size of the shower tray, the sides are approximately 1 cm high at the edge and require suitable substructure during installation.

How do I attach the shower tray?

The shower tray can be glued to the vehicle floor if the water is to be drained directly underneath the vehicle. Otherwise, the shower tray is, of course, glued to the substructure.

Which siphons fit the shower trays?

Currently, our custom-made shower trays are designed exclusively for RK Reich drain traps, ensuring a leak-proof seal. These are available in various drain variants.

Can I use a different siphon?

Yes, that's possible. If you don't already have a tool, we can create a suitable tool for embossing your desired siphon, whether it's a Whale, Geberit, or similar, for a fee.

Can I return my shower tray if I don't like it?

Custom-made shower trays are non-returnable. Standard shower trays (60x60 cm ) can be returned within 14 days.
