Can I use the spray adhesive at any temperature?

Processing should only be carried out at an ambient temperature of +15 °C to +30 °C

Which materials is the spray adhesive suitable for?

Our spray adhesive is ideal for bonding: felt, fabrics, foam rubber, leather, cardboard, headliner, textiles, artificial leather/fabric combinations, insulation mats, rubber, unpainted wood and metal

Not suitableis the adhesive for rigid foams (e.g. Styrofoam), polypropylene, polyethylene and PVC artificial leather.

How temperature-resistant is the spray adhesive?

The adhesive can withstand temperatures from -40 °C to +110 °C.

How do I use the spray adhesive correctly?

The adhesive is used in the so-called two-sided bonding process (contact process):

1. Spray both adhesive surfaces evenly.

2. Allow to dry for 5-10 minutes until the adhesive sets slightly.

3. Press both joining partners firmly together.

4. Final adhesion is achieved after approximately 24 hours.

How much spray adhesive do I need?

One can is sufficient for approximately 1.5 m² of surface area. Please note that a two-sided bonding method is required, meaning both surfaces to be joined must be sufficiently coated with spray adhesive and the amount of adhesive used must be calculated accordingly.

Is the spray adhesive transparent?

Yes, the glue is transparent and leaves no visible residue after drying.

How large should the spray distance be?

The recommended spraying distance is approximately 20 cm.

Can I use the spray adhesive directly without doing any testing myself?

We always recommend conducting a preliminary test on an inconspicuous area, as results may vary depending on the material, storage, and processing.

What does the spray adhesive smell like?

The adhesive has a characteristic odor, so it is recommended to use it in well-ventilated rooms.

Are there any safety regulations for using the spray adhesive?

Is there a guarantee for the bonding result?

No, since the bonding result depends on numerous factors such as individual application conditions, storage, and environmental factors, we cannot guarantee a specific result. Application is individual and beyond our control. Nevertheless, we attach the utmost importance to quality and care in the manufacture of our products to create the best possible basis for optimal results.
